Lindsey Mudge is Special Projects Manager, Scientific Operations with the Periodic Table of Food Initiative (PTFI), where she supports operations and scaling of the PTFI Global Lab Ecosystem.
Prior to joining the PTFI, Lindsey worked in refugee resettlement, managed services and resources for newly arrived refugees into the US from various countries. Previously, she served as Director of Operations for a community arts organization, where she managed programs, staff, partnerships, and operations while significantly expanding its program offerings over an eight-year period.
Lindsey earned a B.S. in cultural anthropology from Northern Arizona University. She has worked as a volunteer field worker in plant conservation and research and holds a deep personal interest in plants, food, and ecology.
